Blockchain technology has been knocking on the doors of numerous areas of life and it’s not confined to cryptocurrencies only. This time innovation and new technologies will be heading towards Cracow – Poland’s historic capital city that has been attracting tourists from all over the world, with its unique monuments and architecture, as well as top-notch entertainment. On 16 November Cracow will host the first edition of BlockchainFiesta conference. It’s meant to be a festival where enthusiasts of the Blockchain technology come together – comparic.pl and comparic.com are one of its partners.
What is BlockchainFiesta?
Conference topics include the future of blockchain, tech case studies, blockchain governance, law, business, blockchains for supply chain management, AI, Machine Learning, programming and building on blockchain.
Organizers are aware that a blockchain transformation is happening right now and there are people with various level of knowledge. BlockchainFiesta agenda serves the needs of various types and includes 3 blocks:
UNDERSTAND – The morning panel is dedicated for all attendees who’ve already heard about blockchain but are still looking for real life use cases. It’s for everyone who still believes in blockchain and crypto myths. Sonia and Maike will make participants understand that blockchain is much more than bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.
TRUST – blockchain is the new technology of trust. One of the ways to gain trust and build mutual understanding is to present case studies of Blockchain implementation. At this stage organizers would like to show how to democratize Global Trade with Blockchain. Participants will get answers from Anish, Dennis, Tanjila, Arne and Magdalena to questions like: do we need blockchain for everything? Why then do we need Blockchain? How is a big company like IBM implementing Blockchain solutions in logistics? What is the legal point of view on blockchain?
DISRUPT – use the technology that we code in to change the world we all know. How can Blockchain and Machine learning work together to bring a better future for everyone. What are the cutting edge programming solutions that help developers build on blockchain? Gather more tech insight to be engaged in the fastest technological transformation while remaining safe. Answers to these questions will be given to participants by Anjalee, Rud and Karol.
During the conference all attendees will have a chance to take part in Open Space Sessions where attendees design the agenda. This interactive element of the conference is designed to make networking easier for everyone.
