At EUR/USD H1 chart we can see that price approached the key resistance zone, which it cannot overtake for a long period of time.
When we go to lower TF (M15) we see that clear pin bar occurred – it “touched” the price with upper wick, but such high price was quickly rejected and the candle closed under the resistance zone.
