komentarz-makro-300x200Despite the fact that at night we’ve looked at data from Australia on the completed construction works for the third quarter and the CPI from Singapore does not mean that today promises to be calm. Quite the opposite … looking at today’s macroeconomic calendar we will notice some extremely important publications, which can definitely affect the market volatility during Wednesday’s session.

What we already know

As I mentioned, the night we’ve looked at data from Australia on the completed construction works for Q3, which, contrary to forecasts of -1.7% compared to the previous reading -3.1%, were at the level of -4.9%.

Singapore’s CPI despite forecasts unchanged at -0.2% was -0.1%.

At. 8:00 alsowe got familiar with Norway’s unemployment rate, which in September was 4.8% compared to forecasts unchanged at 4.9%.

At. 9:00 we met prepared by CDAF (Compagnie des Acheteurs de France) and Markit Economics PMI indices for manufacturing and services in France.

What are we waiting for

Today’s session promises to be very interesting due to a large number of important macroeconomic publications, among which the most important appear to be:

  •  9:30 – PMI for manufacturing and services in Germany
  • 10:00 – PMI for manufacturing and services in the euro area
  • 14:30 – Durable Goods Orders and Jobless Claims
  • 15:00 – GDP for the third quarter of Mexico
  • 16:00 – New Homes sales in the US
