DAX is one of the most popular indices in the world. It is listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Every day there is very high volatility which gives a lot of trading opportunity.
Summary session 11/21/2016
Yesterday’s session started with a decline, but in the afternoon buyers returned to the market, due to the fact that Wall Street indices set new highs. The third quarter ended with an increase in corporate earnings of the S&P500 by 3%. This same bess ended on the American Stock Exchange. We recall that in the previous five quarters the profits of companies of this index were falling down.
DAX once again returned to the level of 10700 points, and is now fighting to break 10750 points.
DAX is struggling to break the resistance level of R1 in the vicinity of 10750 points. If the move was a success, DAX should follow toward the R2 close to 10800 points.
