Macron’s moderate candidate victory over Le Pen in the first round of presidential elections has caused a very good mood in the markets. Indexes in Europe gained few percent. The DAX index gained 3.37% yesterday, overseas the session was slightly cooler yesterday and the S&P 500 gained about 1%. Today Nikkei index closed +1.08% in the morning.
DAX index broke yesterday’s historical maxima around 12400 points. Today the markets are strongly bullish and until May 7, when the second round of presidential elections in France takes place, this climate should be maintained.

DAX index after the opening of the session rebounded from the support level around 12400 points. Breaking today’s maxima near 12500 points will allow the index to move towards R1 resistance around 12550 points.
