According to my yesterday’s projection, as a result of last week’s declines, the NZDUSD has drawn a bearish head & shoulders formation. Today at night the market broke the neckline and then re-tested it from the bottom (as a resistance). From a technical point of view (taking into account H&S range), in the near future we would expect up to 180 pips drops. In short term, therefore, it is worth considering PUT options on this instrument.
